Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery of the last item on your order. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. To start a return or cancellation request, log in to your account and visit your Orders page.
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. To request a cancellation, log in to your account and visit your Orders page.
Non-returnable Items The following items are exempt from returns for hygiene reasons:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Bath and body products (soaps, bath salts, body oils, and similar items) once opened or used
- Custom or personalised items
- Any item that shows signs of use or is not in its original packaging
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
